SRK wins Round 1 of battle

Shahrukh Khan and Salman Khan were battling it out to make it to walk the ramp on the grand finale of the HDIL Couture Week. Shahrukh is now officially going to be part of the grand finale, not Salman.

Shahrukh will be walking the ramp with wife, Gauri, for Karan Johar’s line while Salman will walk for his charity clothesline, Being Human. Even though Salman roped in Aamir Khan, Akshay Kumar and Sanjay Dutt, he still didn’t get the finale. His event will be on October 13th.

Meanwhile Salman’s endorsement manager and the couture week event organizer, Reshma Shetty says that Salman didn’t want the finale. His is a charity event so the other actors too had been booked for October 13th. And Salman won’t be in Mumbai on the day of the finale.

SRK and Aamir in Boyle’s next?

Danny Boyle may be about to bring two of Bollywood’s biggest stars together in his upcoming movie, Bombay Velvet. The Slumdog Millionaire director has signed on Aamir Khan and is now in talks with Shahrukh Khan to join the cast. The film will be directed by Anurag Kashyap and will be based on a series of real life incidents that happened in Bombay in the 1940s. Boyle is in the advanced stage of discussion with SRK and if everything works out, the actor will be part of the film. The film has three leads– the second lead will be played by a newcomer and the third by Aamir Khan. SRK is being finalized for the first lead. Boyle had tried working with King Khan even during Slumdog Millionaire, but the part eventually went to Anil Kapoor.

Katrina-SRK together in a Yash Raj film this bothers Salman?

It seems that there is nothing else that Katrina could have done to annoy overprotective boyfriend Salman more! Hard to believe the truth but the fact is Kat has reportedly gone ahead to the extent of signing a film by Yash Raj banner with none other than Sallu’s opponent Shah Rukh Khan.

According to the latest news Yash Raj films has string of Kat and SRK for their film to be directed either by Aditya Chopra or Kabir Khan.

According to our source, “Katrina definitely has it going for her. SRK, on the other hand, has remained in the safe zone — as far as heroines are concerned — for a long time. Be it Rani Mukerji or Preity Zinta, he has stuck to his regulars and has worked with them repeatedly. He needs to be a tad more adventurous about his co-stars, and that’s where Katrina comes into the picture.”

Most probably Early next year film is going to hit the screen. What was Katrina thinking when she got herself tied up with the deadly Yash Raj-Shah Rukh combo? Guess that’s really going to bother Salman!
